recommending solutions to promote compliance What you'll need 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator Expertise in finance and treasury regulatory obligations (safeguarding, CASS, depositor protection, global booking models, FRTB, etc.) A university degree in STEM, business, or finance Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis Familiarity with policy creation and implementation A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
