This includes keeping up to date with industry codes such as REC, BSC, SEC, DCUSA, CUSC and UNC, as well as licence condition and regulatory changes from Ofgem, DESNZ and other relevant bodies. You will also review industry consultations, attend workshops where required, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the business remains compliant and prepared for future change.
Alongside managing regulatory change, you will support the Compliance and Regulation team with a range of BAU activities, including regulatory reporting, submissions, and project work. You'll help identify regulatory risks, provide data and insights to internal stakeholders, and contribute to key industry initiatives such as MHHS, REMA and BMUs, ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations while supporting strategic change.
