  • Technical knowledge of Registration and Ceremonies is beneficial, but not essential, we will support you every step of the way to build your technical expertise., Support the Operations Manager in delivering an effective and efficient Registration Service to residents across Staffordshire
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide an excellent, customer-focused service
  • Co-ordinate and deliver training across the team.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies and data protection standards.
  • Build strong partnerships and drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • With no two days the same, you will bring flexibility, responsiveness and a steady presence, supporting your team to succeed through a wide range of situations
