- 40-hour full-time week
- Predictable, recurring rota
- 1 in 7 Saturday rota, paid at time and a half
- No routine out-of-hours, with opportunities to work OOH if desired
- 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays and birthday day off
- 3 days CPD leave + £300 CPD allowance
- TOIL for weekday overtime
