Registered Service Manager of Provider Services

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our team at Granville Respite/Short Breaks Service in Eccles. Granville is a 14-bed service offering short-term respite care for individuals aged 14 and above, with learning or physical disabilities, Autism, complex behaviours, and/or complex health needs. The service is currently rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.,

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the team at Granville.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with all relevant legislation and CQC standards.
• Adapt effectively to changing care needs, ensuring continuous quality improvement and service development.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, carers, health professionals, commissioners, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance systems to monitor outcomes and ensure services are responsive and fit for purpose.
  
  You are a qualified Registered Manager with a minimum Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or Leadership and Management.
• You have successfully completed the CQC interview process and have demonstrable experience managing a similar care setting.
• You are an excellent communicator, experienced at team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex care requirements.
• You can plan manage and coordinate operational services budgets, including resource management, ensuring staffing levels meet the needs of the service within budget constraints.
• You have experience in the management of Complex Safeguarding cases, MCA and DOLs processes.
• You have excellent IT skills, report writing and presentation skills
• You are passionate, innovative, and committed to empowering people to achieve their goals.
