You'll lead from the front - empowering your team, driving quality and ensuring the very best outcomes for the people we support. This includes:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service
- Leading, developing and inspiring your team
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Managing service performance, audits and budgets
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for care and leadership. You might be: - An experienced Registered Manager, or
- A Deputy Manager ready to step up into a bigger challenge You'll bring:
- Experience in learning disabilities and/or autism services
- A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support
- Drive, motivation and a people-first approach
- A willingness to learn and develop within a specialist service
