Full Job Description

Respond to referrals promptly, carrying out comprehensive assessments to understand each clients needs and develop an appropriate, person-centred therapy programme.
Deliver a range of relevant therapeutic interventions and activities designed to support and promote clients mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing.
Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions as needed to reflect each clients changing needs and goals.
Work collaboratively with clients, families and carers to ensure therapy is meaningful, effective and focused on achieving positive outcomes.
Regularly review and evaluate therapy programmes, ensuring that interventions remain appropriate and aligned with each clients individual therapy plan.

Priory Hospital Kemple View, Blackburn, Lancashire is a 90-bedded hospital providing level 2 rehabilitation and secure services for adult males with mental health conditions and/or personality disorders.
