We have highly rewarding opportunities to join our multidisciplinary inpatient team. We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for older adult mental health and a commitment in providing high quality care. The team at Newhaven are friendly, supportive and exceptionally caring, putting patient care at the heart of the work we do to improve health care outcomes and service delivery., Liaising with other services such as, community mental health team, Hospital at Home Team, Mental Health Liaison Team and the Acute Trust
- We welcome newly qualified Nurse Associates and experienced Nurse Associates
- The ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels
- An enthusiastic, motivated and innovative thinker to become part of the Older Adult inpatient service
- The ability to work autonomously managing your own named patients, evaluating a plan of care.
- The ability to problem solve, delegate, co-ordinate and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills along with a flexible and responsive approach

We can offer a full-time permanent position. Our working patterns are 3-4 long days/ night (07:30-20:00/19:30-08:00) across a four-week period including weekends and bank holidays.
