Are you a Registered Nursing Associate looking for a new challenge?, To provide and monitor safe, person-centred care for a designatedgroup of patients, service users and families in a range of caresettings under the direction of a Registered Nurse, without directsupervision, in line with an agreed plan of care.To support the registered nurse in the contribution to ongoingassessment and care planning for patients.To promote health and prevent ill-health in patients and serviceusers and contribute to integrated care.To monitor the condition and health needs of patients on acontinual basis in partnership with colleagues, families and carers,referring to others for reassessment, when required.The Nursing Associate will actively contribute to an effectivelearning environment and support others in their learning.Nursing Associates will adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Codeof Conduct for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates and workwithin their scope of practice following the professional standardsof practice and behaviours for Nurses, Midwives and NursingAssociates and the standards of proficiency.
CHUGGS Discharge Lounge is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic registered Nursing Associate to join their new team.
