AS A HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN) you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home. COVERAGE AREA: Brookville & Clarion, PA $20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates Qualifications
- Have a current Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Practice Permit
- Have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Have current automobile coverage
- Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong teaching skills
- Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
