ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. It is a casual, part-time role with flexible working hours. The Registered Nurse will ensure the physical, psychological, and social needs of the residents are met with quality care. The role requires creating a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and administering medication safely. The candidate must have current NMC registration, a sound knowledge of updated clinical practices, and be experienced in creating detailed care plans and risk assessments. An understanding of regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is necessary. A dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing is essential for this position.
