Registered Nurse (Nights)

Join Jewish Care as a Registered Nurse (Nights) at The Sugar & Ronson Campus in Ilford, providing safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care to older people in a residential and nursing care setting. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate individual care, monitor residents health and wellbeing, respond to changes in their condition, and administer medication safely in line with professional and regulatory standards. You will also maintain accurate clinical records, promote safeguarding and dignity, and work collaboratively with care colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals. As a key member of the night team, you will help maintain high standards of clinical practice, support colleagues and ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the night.
