Manager as required and observe all instructions to act upon his/her behalf whilst you, As a Registered Nurse - Nights at Avery Healthcare in Bagshot, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high standards of care for our residents. Your duties will include acting as the person in charge during shifts, distributing medication, applying dressings, managing chronic medical conditions, and ensuring effective staff deployment. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions and providing high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.
