Full Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work with our multidisciplinary team in in Lincolnshire. You will be a key member of the team, providing holistic, person-centred end-of-life care to people in their homes. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality nursing care for people living with a terminal illness and those important to them. We are looking for compassionate professionals committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals and their loved ones during the most critical times of their lives.,
- Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care to people and families.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare partners to improve end-of-life care and bereavement support.
- Build effective relationships across services to ensure patients access the care they need.
- Deliver high standards of care in line with the NMC Code, legal and ethical requirements, and Marie Curie policies.
