Registered Nurse - Leeds

As a Registered Nurse, this role plays a central part in delivering high quality, person centred care within a specialist complex care environment. The role combines clinical responsibility with leadership, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care at all times. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, the role supports the development and delivery of personalised care plans that reflect complex physical and dementia related needs. Clinical oversight is maintained through accurate documentation, regular observations and responsive care. The role includes leading shifts, supporting team members and ensuring effective communication through clear handovers and daily coordination. Medication is administered safely in line with protocols, with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and promoting independence. Each shift contributes to a calm, safe and supportive environment where residents feel valued and respected.

• Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical knowledge with a compassionate and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead, guide and support colleagues

Registered Nurse Nursing - Silver Lodge Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: 22.88 Per Hour Shift Type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: 48 Silver Lodge Care Home is a purpose built 40 bed care home, providing specialist nursing dementia and complex nursing dementia care across two dedicated 20 bed units. The home offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment, designed to meet the needs of residents requiring high levels of clinical and dementia care, with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing, and person centred support.
