Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 care role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

We have a variety of clients throughout the Sussex area requiring support with complex clinical conditions. We aim to help our clients not only with their care, but their own individual personal needs as well.

Clinical Requirements

We are looking for nurses with varying levels of experience

• Personal Care


• Moving and Handling


• Medication Administration

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work-life balance and financial stability. Weekday/Weekend/Days/Nights shifts available

What the Role Involves

• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client's home


• Supporting with community access and social activities


• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks


• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support


• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.
