Registered Nurse - Complex Care

As an RGN working in complex homecare, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and responsive nursing care in line with individual care plans and NMC standards.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the patient's home.
• Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions, which may include:
1. Tracheostomy care and suctioning 2. Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive) 3. Enteral feeding (PEG/NG) 4. Catheter care 5. Wound management 6. Stoma care 7. Medication administration (including IV therapy where required) 8. Oxygen therapy 9. Seizure management
• Monitor and record vital signs and clinical observations.
• Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards.
  
  Active NMC Pin (RGN)
• Minimum6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experience
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certification
• Driver's License (preferred but not essential)
  
  Competitive Pay Rates: £36.00 - £43.00 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement: 20p per mile (up to 100 miles)
