Registered Nurse Bank - Taunton

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person centred nursing care to residents living with dementia, complex nursing needs and mental health conditions. You will support residents' physical and emotional wellbeing while ensuring care is delivered safely and professionally. You will assess residents' clinical needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications safely and monitor changes in residents' health and wellbeing. Working closely with the wider care team, you will ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will also support colleagues during shifts, providing clinical guidance and helping maintain a calm, safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and care planning
• Good understanding of dementia care and mental health awareness
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Flexible, adaptable and able to support the wider care team

Registered Nurse Bank Nursing - Aspen Court Care Home Contract: Part Time Salary: 22.75 Per Hour Shift Type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: Bank Aspen Court Nursing and Dementia Care Home is a modern, purpose built care home located on the peaceful northern outskirts of Taunton, Somerset. The home provides specialist Nursing, Dementia and Complex Care for up to 42 residents in a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care. Registered Nurse (RGN)
