Registered Nurse (Bank)

Are you a compassionate and dedicated clinical professional ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our bank team at Briardene care home in Newcastle.,

• You'll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
• Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
• Providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
• Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
• Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
• You'll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
  
  A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN)
• Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment.
• A natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.
• Someone with the same caring workplace values and behaviours as us., Any conditional offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory background checks, including obtaining suitable references and criminal records check via the Disclosure and Barring Service. We require you to have a good standard of English and numeracy skills, and a passion for looking after the adults in your care.
  
  Briardene, part of the Mariposa Care Group, is an 68-bed facility providing expert nursing, dementia and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.
