ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as aRegistered Nursewill beto act as person in charge,standingin for the Manager asrequiredandobserveall instructions to act upon
his/her behalfwhilst youensurehigh standardsof care t, As a Registered Nurse with Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge in our award-winning Ashurst Mews Care Home in Northampton, standing in for the Manager as required. You'll ensure high standards of care to our residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as distributing medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions. You'll also advise families and GPs on changes in residents conditions. You'll be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team.
