Responsibilities include nursing tasks like distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, managing chronic medical conditions, advising families of any condition changes, and ensuring all staff within the care team are effectively deployed and supervised. ABOUT YOU Live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable, hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, have at least 2 years' experience, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, and possess sound knowledge of care planning.
