Registered Nurse

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents living with dementia at all stages of the condition

Carry out and oversee comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional health needs

Develop, implement and regularly review individualised care plans in line with residents' needs and preferences

Administer and manage medications safely in accordance with NMC standards and home policies

Monitor residents' conditions closely and respond promptly to any changes in health or wellbeing

Liaise effectively with GPs, healthcare professionals and families to ensure a holistic and joined-up approach to care

Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation at all times

Support and guide care staff on shift, promoting a culture of dignity, respect and compassionate care

Nursing & Dementia Care | £23.00 per hour| Night Shifts

Our client is a specialist dementia care home set within a beautiful character property, surrounded by landscaped gardens. The home has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate all stages of dementia, creating a truly unique and considered environment where residents can feel safe, comfortable and cared for.
