Our mission is to provide excellent care and support to those living with life-limiting illness and to the people they care about, to enrich their lives and to contribute to the ongoing development of end-of-life care. We do this by placing our patients at the centre of everything we do, and through involving patients and their families in all decisions regarding their care. We can only achieve this with the help of our amazing colleagues, by developing and recognising their contribution, and by sharing our knowledge and skills through education, audit and research. We do not have sponsorship status and therefore all our offers are made conditional upon our candidates submitting evidence of their right to work in the UK in conjunction with our other pre-employment checks.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who would like to extend and develop their palliative and end-of-life care skills. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled staff across our Hospice@Home team, working across a full shift rotation pattern (days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays). This is a rewarding role and our teams go above and beyond with the individualised care they provide to our patients and their families. Therefore, as long as you have a passion for working in Hospice care, we would love to hear from you. We are recruiting a full-time position which works 37.5 hours per week either 3 days over 7 working long shifts or 5 days over 7 working short shifts. The clinical teams operate on a rotational shift pattern which includes earlys, lates and long days over weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are allocated well in advance so our team can have a great work/ life balance. The salary band for this role is £32,260 - £39,269 per annum plus shift enhancements.,
