Full Job Description
- Assess and monitor residents, responding appropriately to changes in their health
- Administer and manage medications safely in line with NMC standards
- Develop, review and maintain person-centred care plans
- Support residents living with dementia with dignity, patience and understanding
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to care colleagues
- Maintain accurate clinical records and regulatory standards
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and clinical concerns
- Liaise with GPs, families and external healthcare professionals when required All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, verification of the right to work in the UK, NMC registration checks, and any other pre-employment checks required for the role.

£25.30 per hour |36 to 48 Hours per Week | Night Shifts Our client is looking for an experienced RGN or RMN to join their nursing home, providing high-quality clinical care to older adults throughout the night. This role is suited to a nurse with previous nursing home experience who is confident managing a shift, responding to changing clinical needs and supporting care colleagues. You'll be joining an established service with stable staffing and a strong focus on delivering safe, compassionate and individualised dementia care.
