  • Providing support, leadership, recognition and supervision to junior members of staff
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised clinical care for service users
  • Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality care
  • Ensuring that the team provide all care in line with the care plan.

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of current legislation within the independent care sector
  • Experience in neurological or palliative care is desirable
  • Able to work both within a team and independently
  • Minimum Essential criteria:
  • NMC registration and experience delivering inclusive patient care
  • Ability to assess, plan, and deliver care with appropriate adjustments
  • Skilled in accessible documentation and patient communication
  • Commitment to upholding patients' dignity, rights, and autonomy
  • Desirable criteria:
  • Experience in palliative or hospice care
  • Mentorship qualification or experience supporting learners
