This position includes shift-based work (days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays) and is ideal for an experienced, proactive nurse with a strong background in orthopaedics or surgical care, looking to step into or continue in a leadership role, in an acute setting., UK-Based Experience as a Registered Nurse with NMC PIN - Strong clinical and communication skills
