Full Job Description

  • Working at Care South, you will be able to apply your knowledge and nursing skills in a warm and homely environment, where you can create special bonds with residents and their families.
  • Leading our Nursing Unit within the home - taking responsibility for care planning and drug administration.
  • Working alongside management team to ensure quality care is delivered to all residents.
  • Act as point of contact to residents' family members and external healthcare contacts (GP's & Hospital teams)
