Registered Nurse

To be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to residents in a nursing home. Responsible for assessing residents' health needs, completing risk assessments, developing and implement care plans and administering medications and treatments. Must be able to monitor and residents changing needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and respond appropriately . Able to adhere to health and safety policies and other policies and guidelines within the care home. Ensure that patient dignity, confidentiality, and informed consent are maintained at all times.
