Registered Nurse

We are looking for caring, empathetic, enthusiastic individuals who have a passion to improve the lives of our patients. These roles will be to provide care and support to patients who require mental health interventions, guidance or monitoring., As a staff nurse you will work alongside the multi-disciplinary team to provide a high standard of care to those individuals who are within the most acute phase of illness; ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered. You will need effective communication skills and will be required to take on the roles of shift leader and named nurse.

We are seeking confident individuals who are keen to contribute to the delivery of high-quality nursing care and service development. You should have a strong interest of working with patients with mental health needs, in a challenging environment. You should have a high level of resilience and patience and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate a warm, patient centred approach to care.
