Full Job Description

There are 6 consultants, 2 Senior Sister / Charge Nurse and a Matron to support you in your development. We all work very closely with the nursing team striving to provide a quality service, including a nurse-led follow up service for patients post critical care. You will be required to work flexibly across the 24 hour shift patterns and take part in the internal rotation system. You will be required to work cross as the service needs., You would be caring for critically ill patients requiring multi organ support; responsible for assessing, planning and delivering a high standard of individualised nursing care.

You must have demonstrable post registration experience; and current acute setting experience is essential. Previous critical care experience is desirable but not essential. Ability to work internal rotation to night duty is essential.
