Registered Nurse

You will be responsible for providing specialist nursing care tailored to the client's individual needs. This includes supporting daily living, managing clinical interventions, and promoting comfort, dignity, and independence., Deliver safe and effective nursing care for a client with complex health needs
Administer medication and manage clinical equipment (e.g., PEG, tracheostomy, ventilation if applicable)
Monitor and record vital signs and health status
Work collaboratively with family members and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with care plans

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to support a female client with complex care needs in Little Chalfont. Experience in complex care (e.g., neurological conditions, respiratory care, or similar)
