Full Job Description
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
- Administer medication and monitor clinical conditions
- Lead shifts and make informed clinical decisions overnight
- Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance
- Work collaboratively with care staff to support residents
- Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health needs All roles are subject to safe recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS and satisfactory references.
- You must be a registered RGN or RMN with a valid NMC registration.
- You must have previous nursing home experience with older adults.
- This role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship, Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience working in a nursing home environment
- Confidence managing clinical care and decision-making at night
- Strong understanding of elderly care, including dementia
