Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is pleased to offer opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Temporary Staffing Service, working flexibly across the wards Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a bank-only role, with shifts offered on an as and when required basis. Whether you are returning to practice, seeking to reduce commuting, or looking to adjust your hours, our bank positions provide flexibility to suit a wide range of personal circumstances. Following your corporate induction you will be expected to attend the Trust's 2-week Induction Programme for RNs, NAs, RMs, ODPs and Paramedics. The programme is full-time (please email [email protected] if this is problematic) and will involve travel to both Trust sites. The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area, classroom-based sessions and e-learning. Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship in accordance with UK VISA's and immigration legislation.
