To support the planning, implementation and evaluation of individulised care, focusing on promoting rehabilitation to improve the patients function with a view to them returning back to their home environment or suitable onward placement To complete admissions and discharges ensuring that paperwork is completed and TTA's ordered in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to infection control Complete MCA'S as required Supervise and support students and staff on the ward.

• Degree/ diploma in adult nursing, 6 months nursing experience/ some understanding of stroke/stroke rehabilitation
