Summary

Full Time RMN / Care Coordinator

We are looking to recruit an experienced mental health nurse to our small busy team.

The role will suit you if you enjoy

Please note this role is hospital site based - no regular remote working

The role includes:

• Medication Management
• Caseload Management and Care Coordination
• Individual and group work to support assessment and treatment
• Supervising support staff and students

Additional duties include:

• Medication management including handling controlled drugs
• Managing a complex caseload
• Individual and group interventions to support assessment and treatment
• Collaborative care planning using Dialog +
• Completing cognitive assessments
• Physical health monitoring
