o Assist in the development and delivery of care plans

o Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as required by the home manager

o Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concern to the manager

o Support our service users with every day activities

o Play a significant role in assisting and encouraging service users to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence

o Current registration as an RMN with active NMC pin

o Experience working with mental health

o Flexible approach to working hours

o Good written and verbal communication skills
