About the role:
You will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children aged 8-17.
You'll play a key role in
driving standards, embedding a positive culture, and shaping the future direction of the service, Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home
Ensure compliance with regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
Create a child-centred, therapeutic, and outcomes-focused environment
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing staff team
Manage budgets, rotas, and overall service performance
Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential childcare
Experience within
EBD
settings
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices
A confident leader with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children
Full UK driving licence
