Salary and Benefits
- Total package: Up to £73,808 per annum (5 bed children's home) PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year
- Bonuses: £2,500 on call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year) and Attendance allowance £1,400
- Long-term incentive plan: bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year and paid as a future lump sum
- Training: A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy
- Holiday: 7 weeks' holiday

Work Environment and Culture
Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's daily life, supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating. Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best outcomes for them through a holistic approach involving clinical team members such as Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Support young people in regaining their childhood and creating pathways to becoming well-rounded adults
- Be actively involved with new referrals
Requirements
- Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home
- Committed and enthusiastic leader passionate about making a difference
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
