Registered Manager - children's home

Contract: Permanent, full-time We are working in partnership with a progressive and well-established children's residential provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their home in Great Harwood. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a settled, established service within a supportive organisation where all homes are rated Good or above by Ofsted. The home supports young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and learning disabilities, offering a varied and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the home Ensure high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each young person's needs Oversee care planning, reviews, and outcomes for young people Allocate and support Key Workers to deliver effective care plans Build and maintain strong relationships with families, local authorities, and external professionals Manage budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure team competency
