A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this qualification QCF level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent Previous registration in a home care service preferable Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector including the running of a home care service and regulatory framework Excellent leadership and management skills Experience of working with
vulnerable client groups Include any requirements on availability or hours A day in the life of a Registered Manager As the Registered Manager, you will lead the team to provide a safe, caring, responsive and effective service for your clients, ensuring delivery of the highest possible care standards fully compliant, As a Registered Manager at Agincare, you'll join a team in Weston-super-mare at Tamar and Lakeside Court. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team to provide high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, reviewing and adapting care provisions, auditing service quality, conducting risk assessments, and managing staff training and performance. The ideal candidate should have a management qualification at QCF level 4 or higher or be willing to work towards it, along with a minimum of 12 months of UK work eligibility. Previous experience in a home care service, knowledge of the care sector, and strong leadership skills are required.
