A Day in the Life of Our Locality Manager As the Locality Manager, youll be the driving force behind safe, effective, and caring environments across your services within the Lincolnshire region. You will lead by example, champion best practice, and ensure all homes meet both
our high internal standards and all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding care, driving quality and compliance, and leading and developing teams. Ideal candidates have a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Management, experience as a Registered Manager, and strong knowledge of the adult care sector.
