SupplyGo are currently looking for a Registered Manager to lead a reopening solo-placement home in NW1, London, supporting a young person with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager who enjoys the challenge of getting a home fully established, building a strong staff team from the ground up and embedding excellent practice from day one.

A strong Deputy Manager ready for the next step, or an experienced Registered Manager, with at least 2-3 years' experience in a senior management role within children's residential care.
A track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports - if applying as a Deputy Manager, please include reports from homes you contributed to under your Registered Manager.
Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum, and hold or have started your Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
Experience working within, or running, a children's residential home at a senior management level.
Willingness to be open and transparent about any safeguarding concerns, disciplinaries or failed fit person assessments.
Salary expectations in line with the advertised package and your level of experience.
Able to commute reliably to the home.
