Full Job Description

SupplyGo are currently looking for a Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed mixed-gender EBD home in Bristol, currently rated Good by Ofsted. You'll be joining a home with a solid foundation, with the opportunity to build on its Good rating and drive it towards Outstanding.

  • A strong Deputy Manager ready for the next step, or an experienced Registered Manager, with at least 2-3 years' experience in a senior management role within children's residential care.
  • A track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports - if applying as a Deputy Manager, please include reports from homes you contributed to under your Registered Manager.
  • Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum, and hold or have started your Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
  • Experience working within, or running, a children's residential home at a senior management level.
  • Willingness to be open and transparent about any safeguarding concerns, disciplinaries or failed fit person assessments.
  • Salary expectations in line with the advertised package and your level of experience.
  • Able to commute reliably to the home.
