Registered Manager

As the first Registered Manager of South View, you'll have the autonomy to shape the home's future, backed by experienced operational leadership, therapeutic expertise and clear opportunities for career progression. Unlike many providers, you'll be backed by a regional network of therapists, psychologists and specialist advisers that are assigned to your home, giving you the clinical support needed to deliver truly therapeutic care and achieve outstanding outcomes for young people.What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a brand-new therapeutic children's home.
• Building and developing a high-performing care team.
• Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
• Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.
• Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.
• Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.
• Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.
  
  A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Registered Manager.
• Achieved Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
• Experience working with complex trauma
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.
  
  Salary - up to £60,000
• Bonus Scheme - 21% of your annual salary
