In this position, you are expected to lead a team to provide person-centered quality care, adhere to regulatory and professional standards, and achieve business performance targets. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality and best practice-based care, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining communication with residents and health professionals, and managing costs within budgetary controls. Successful candidates will have at least four years of experience in a similar environment, proven leadership and management skills, a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, and an NMC registration.
