A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this qualification QCF level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent Previous registration in a residential service preferable Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector including the running of supported living homes and regulatory framework Excellent leadership and management skills Experience of working with vulnerable client groups Must be available 42 hours per week. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring all your residents understand the care and treatment choices available to them, reviewing existing care provision, conducting audits, risk assessments, inducting new staff, and overseeing potential disciplinary actions. You'll also be responsible for investigating complaints and working closely with internal staff, health professionals, and social workers.
