A Day in the Life of Our Registered Manager As Registered Manager, youll lead the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across services in London and the South East. Youll champion best practice, ensure compliance, and drive high standards across all locations. Your key responsibilities include: Delivering Outstanding Care Ensuring individuals receive personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, and inclusion, with care plans that reflect their evolving needs. Driving Quality & Compliance Overseeing CQC registration and ensuring all services meet regulatory requirements,
maintaining safe, effective, and well-led services. Leading & Developing Teams Managing Deputy Managers and supporting wider teams through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance development. Ensuri, The job requires a Registered Manager who will lead, inspire, and deliver person-centred support that allows individuals to live independently. As a Registered Manager, you will manage services in London and the South East, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care. Responsibilities include driving best practices, ensuring compliance with CQC registration, and maintaining high-quality standards across all locations. The role involves overseeing care that promotes independence and dignity, managing teams, and ensuring accountability by handling safeguarding, incidents, and complaints.
