Full Job Description

As a Registered Manager at Agincare, you will lead the team to provide a safe, caring, responsive and effective service for the residents in your care home, ensuring the delivery of the highest possible care standards. You will ensure full compliance with all CQC statutory regulations while achieving operational and quality assurance KPIs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring residents understand their care and treatment options, reviewing care provision, auditing service quality, conducting risk assessments, managing staff training and motivation, handling disciplinary actions, staffing arrangements, and addressing complaints related to safeguarding, abuse, or service delivery. The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 per year, career development opportunities, and other benefits. A management qualification (QCF level 4 or above) and a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK are required.
