for the overall management of the home and opportunities center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that meets individual needs.Oversee staffing, recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and performance management to maintain a skilled and motivated team.Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans, risk assessments, and annual reviews, ensuring progress is monitored and outcomes achieved.Ensure compliance with safeguarding, CQC standards, Health & Safety legislation, and all organisational policies and procedures.Drive quality assurance, audits, and service improvement initiatives, maintaining professional standards and striving for excellence.Manage budgets, resources, and staffing rosters to ensure efficient and sustainable service delivery.Work collaboratively with families, carers, statutory bodies, and external agencies to
support assessments, transitions, and ongoing care.Promote community engagement and provide opportunities for individuals to participate in social, educational, and recreational activities.Represent the organisation at events, inspections, and stakeholder meetings, maintaining strong professional relationships.Lead and embed a multi-disciplinary approach, ensuring therapy and behaviour support recommendations are implemented effectively.Keep abreast of developments in social care practice and legislation, sharing knowledge to support continuous improvement.Act within the values and principles of the organisation, providing visible leadership and fostering a positive culture across services.We welcome applications from individuals who:Hold or are working towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 5Hold or are working towards your Management and Leadership QualificationHave extensive experience working with individuals with Autism and/or Learning DisabilitiesExperience of dealing
