Registered Care Home Manager - Nurse Required Barrington Lodge - Bishop Auckland - DL14 6XX 70-bed care home offering nursing, dementia care. £55,000 per annum Harbour Healthcare. You must have a minimum of three years experience as a Home Manager. An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to join an established family-run Nursing & Residential Care provider. The organisation provides a full range of care services for residents across 42 care homes in England and Wales. All homes are presented to a high standard and have excellent facilities to meet residents' needs. You will use your expertise to develop and sustain the home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care. With substantial relevant experience and outstanding people-management skills, you will build effective relationships with your team, residents, their relatives and the local community. About you Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum of a 70-bed home specialising in dementia and general nursing. Experience leading and managing teams in a person-centred care environment with a strong operational background is required. Minimum three years experience as a Home Manager and evidence of CQC compliance (published rated good in the last three years) are mandatory. Key Accountabilities
